Runners World Magazine is a magazine with sensible calorie burning workouts. This magazine helps me to stay on track with my cardio exercise goals. They are always publishing charts and weekly achievement targets to help create a solid exercise program. I'm not ready for a marathon and don't know if I ever will be, but this magazine still inspires me to run.

Runner's World Magazine is a great magazine that is written for any type of runner. Whether you run marathons, like me, or you just go out for a fun run for exercise, there are great articles for all to read. The best aspect of this magazine is the "Ultimate Shoe Buyer's Guide," in my opinion. This special in the magazine guides the unknowledgeable runner how to choose the perfect shoe for their type of running. There are small tests for determining whether you have a flat foot or a high arch as well as whether or not your foot phonates. The authors give their top choices for trail shoes, distance running, cross-trainers, and also competitive running. I have been an avid reader of Runner's World for over four years now, and I'm always excited to receive the next months' issue.

There are beginner's articles, competition-level articles, and articles geared toward the recreational runner. I started running about two years ago and am slowly working my way up to completing a marathon. I have found Runner's World Magazine to be extremely helpful in reaching my goal. It has taken me from running 5k races to nearly being ready to complete my first marathon. Runner's World Magazine is a great subscription for both the experienced and beginning runner. The magazine offers tips on improving performance and speed and also nutrition tips as well. Every year they have an issue devoted to reviews of running shoes, which is great if you haven't yet taken the time to research the 'perfect' shoe for you and your running style. While some running magazines are pretty elitist in their articles (there are lots of us who just won't be able to ever run a marathon 'under 3 hours'!), Runner's World respects runners of every age and ability and presents articles to prove that.

I always look forward to receiving my next month of Runner's World Magazine because of the great articles and tips on how to be more healthy generally, as well as how to be a better runner specifically. I love the "rave run" section when I can think about places to travel and also doing research for trips I'm taking in the future. Although I have not yet run a marathon, I love reading about people who are running marathons and how they do the training. I have been an avid runner for the last 3 years participating in 5k's, 10k's, and even a marathon. Within the last year I started reading Runner's World magazine and was completely blown away with the volume of helpful information (i.e. advice from the pros, diet tips, and reviews of the best equipment).
